Sapphire Director-As a Sapphire Director, you must be a licensed real estate broker. You will earn a 2.5% commission on the retail profits generated from property managed and sold by your personally recruited team organization.
For example, if your personally recruited team earned collectively 10 Million Dollars in retail profits. You will earn $250,000 in over-ride commissions.
Emerald Director-As an Emerald Director, you must be a licensed real estate broker. You will earn a 2.5% commission on the retail profits generated from property managed and sold by each personally sponsored Sapphire Director.
For example, if each Sapphire Director team earned 10 Million Dollars in retail profits. You will earn [$10,000,000 X 3 X 2.5%] = $750,000 in breakaway bonus.
When you reach 3 Sapphire Directors you will officially be called an Emerald Director.
Diamond Director- As a Diamond Director, you must be a licensed real estate broker. You will earn a 1% override bonus on the retail profits generated from property managed and sold by each personally sponsored Emerald Director.
For example, if each Emerald Director team earn 30 Million Dollars in retail profits. You will earn [$90,000,000 X 1%] $900,000 in over-ride bonus.
