We buy Single-family homes built after 1960 between $50,000 – $650,000. Additionally, they must be homes that are owner-occupied or vacant, distressed, not bank-owned, have no real estate selling agent, vacant land, and not in or near flood zones. Finally, the homes and land must be in our service areas and not have any unpermitted additions or significant foundation issues.

Fix & flip is the term used for real estate investors who buy a property for less than it’s worth, spend money and time to renovate it, and then sell it for an increased price due to the rise in value (“flipping it”).

Fix & flips are typically residential properties. Essentially to successfully fix and then flip a property, you’ve got to “buy low, sell high.”
